    Unfortunately, we had to shut down our production as of end of 2022. The Dimethyl Terephthalate production and the entire industrial site are on a stand-by mode effectively as of February 1st, 2023. We would like to thank all our customers, suppliers and partners for decades of good cooperation and regret not being able to continue it. Our best wishes for 2023 to all our business partners.

    Logistics

    REGISTRATION PROCESS

    Every driver must register with the gatekeeper and must follow their instructions. Before they enter the premises, drivers are given a safety briefing at the gates. For safety reasons, drivers must be able to clearly understand instructions given either in German or English. Access to the premises may only be granted to persons wearing complete personal protective equipment (helmet, safety shoes, safety goggles). These can be borrowed from the gatekeeper.

    Instructions given by Oxxynova staff on the premises must be followed and full personal protective equipment must be worn on site. Failure to follow instructions may result in access to the site being denied.

    Loading slots must be booked for by-products and recyclates no later than 48 hours before collection via the following email address or telephone number:

    THE FOLLOWING RULES APPLY AT ALL TIMES:

    • 3 hours for loading recyclates and by-products onto vehicles
    • 5 hours for loading more than one product onto multi-chamber vehicles
    • An additional 2 hours are permitted for flushing with nitrogen.

    DELIVERIES/GOODS RECEIPT

    METHANOL DELIVERIES:

    Methanol deliveries must take place in the following time window:
    Mo – Fr 7-14 Uhr

    Deliveries may only be made outside of these times following consultation with Oxxynova. Permission to make a delivery outside of this time window shall only apply to a single delivery and does not constitute ongoing permission.

    DELIVERY OF PROCESS MATERIALS AND EXCIPIENTS:

    Process materials and excipients must be delivered within the following time windows:
    Mon – Thur 7:00 – 15:00
    Fri 7:00 – 13:00

    Our warehouse accepts further material deliveries within the following time windows:
    Mon – Thur 7:00 – 15:00
    Fri 7:00 – 13:00

    Important information for your safety

    SOLID DMT LOADS

    Solid DMT is loaded exclusively

    • in containers
    • onto closed trailers
    • or XL-certified semi-trailers.

    Containers and trailers must be fitted with anti-slip mats if they do not have an anti-slip loading surface. At least four anti-slip mats per pallet or four complete castors must be provided. If no or insufficient anti-slip materials are provided, Oxxynova shall provide these materials and bill the collecting company accordingly.

    Containers and trailers must be fitted with safety belts. The following tension belts must be provided in suitable lengths:

    • 1 tension belt per row (max. 11 rows)
    • 1 tension belt for rear load securing
    • 1 reserve belt

    If no or insufficient tension belts are provided, Oxxynova shall provide these belts and bill the collecting company accordingly.

    Please plan in at least two hours for loading solid DMT. DMT loading slots must be booked in advance.

    OVERRUN OF LOADING SLOTS

    If the loading slot confirmed by Oxxynova is overrun due to the collector arriving late, the situation will be assessed on site to determine whether loading can still take place. In such cases, additional waiting times are to be expected.

    LOADING REQUIREMENTS

    CLEANING CERTIFICATES FOR THF LOADS:

    All collections are subject to presentation of a cleaning certificate and certification of the previous product, or verification that the previous product was the same as the one that is being loaded at Oxxynova’s premises.

    Evidence of nitrogen flushing of the load container must also be presented for THF loads.

    NITROGEN FLUSHING

    The residual oxygen content may not exceed 1%. If this limit is exceeded, the container tank must be re-flushed on site.

    The flushing procedure can also be specified directly when booking the loading slot.
